Handgun Level 1 Basics – 3 hours/ $75/ max 8 students

This is a basic course designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of how to safely handle a firearm, parts and function of different types of handguns, ammunition fundamentals, selecting your first firearm, proper stance, grip, sight alignment and trigger control, how to load and unload a firearm.
​
Students will practice in the classroom using “dry firing” exercises and SIRT laser pistols during each lesson.
Students need to bring firearm, 50 rounds of ammunition, eye and hearing protection.
​
Rental firearms are available and require the purchase of range supplied ammunition.
​
$10 annual Range Safety Waiver not included and will need to be completed here.

** All Classes are non-refundable. In the event a class is cancelled by A to Z, your funds can be applied to a class or lessons within the next 30 days. In the event that you need to reschedule, 24 hours notice is required for an educational credit.

Classes are open to ages 14+, and minors must be accompanied by an adult for all live fire portions of classes.
​
What to Wear - Live fire classes require closed toe/heel shoes, no low cut or V neck shirts, caps are optional.
