Interested in learning how to shoot a handgun?

This is the perfect place to start! This 2 hour basic class will provide a safe and positive first experience!
​
The classroom session will be 60-75 min and briefly cover safety, gun handling skills including stance, grip, trigger control, and aiming a handgun. Students will get to practice using “dry firing” methods. During the live fire session, students will have the opportunity to handle, load and fire a .22 caliber handgun. The class will end with a Q & A in the classroom and students that complete the class will receive a $25 gift certificate good towards any A to Z class or lesson.

Included: Firearm, ammunition, targets, eye and ear protection. Students are welcome to bring their own firearm and ammunition. Other rentals are available and require purchase of store supplied ammunition.

$10 annual Range Safety Waiver not included and will need to be completed here.

This class is available for private parties and other group events.

**Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

** All Classes are non-refundable. In the event a class is cancelled by A to Z, your funds can be applied to a class or lessons within the next 30 days. In the event that you need to reschedule, 24 hours notice is required for an educational credit.

Classes are open to ages 14+, and minors must be accompanied by an adult for all live fire portions of classes.

What to Wear - Live fire classes require closed toe/heel shoes, no low cut or V neck shirts, caps are optional.
